How do I make a payment?
You can send a check payable to: Travel with Sandy and mail it to 3722 N Oleander Chicago, IL 60634. Please note that checks will not be cashed until the trip has been completed. Checks must be received within 5 days after making the reservation or your seat will not be guaranteed.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
If the event is a one day trip and the cancellation is made 72 hours prior, a full refund will be given. For longer duration trips, it will be handled on a case by case basis depending on the venue and other details.
What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please inform me via email or phone along with a note when sending your check.
Can I bring a walker/wheel chair on the trip?
Yes, we will make accommodations as needed.
What type of bus is used for transportation?
We generally use a 29, 39, or 57 passenger Motor Coach Bus that has a restroom in it.
If I am traveling by myself, can you assist in finding a roommate for lodging purposes?
We typically try our very best to ensure everyone has a partner to take advantage of double occupancy in the hotel rooms.
If we need to get picked up/dropped off from our residence, do you have a service available for that?
Yes, we try and accommodate to the best of our ability.
